Friends,
Rena and I believe to our toes that gospel-centered local churches led by godly, well trained pastors are the real hope of Haiti. Do you believe that? But imagine pastors having little opportunity to be trained, almost no
resources, and no Bibles for their churches. That’s the reality in Haiti and in other developing nations. Let’s do something about it!
We are excited to officially announce the launch of Partnership of Pastors International (PPI), a nonprofit ministry dedicated to encouraging, training and resourcing church leaders in Haiti and other developing countries. Learn what we’re all about HERE.
I have been leading pastors training in Haiti since 2011. The Lord blessed our efforts and expanded our opportunities each time we offered a pastors conference there. During a conference last February (we trained 177 Haitian pastors), I had as close to a Damascus Road experience as I have ever had in my walk with Christ. I came home convinced that the Lord was leading us to establish a nonprofit ministry to allow our efforts to expand beyond Hopevale Church’s generous support to date. We incorporated PPI as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Fall 2018, I resigned as Associate Senior Pastor at Hopevale in April 2019, and we led another pastors conference in Haiti in June 2019. See what’s coming up
